Associate Attorney Versely Rosales-Hart was selected in September 2020 as a Fellow to the American Bar Association’s (“ABA”) Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Fellows Program. This fellowship is highly competitive, and the ABA selects attorneys from throughout the US for this role based on their demonstrated achievements and leadership as young attorneys in the areas of real property and trusts and estates law. The two-year fellowship provides attorneys with the opportunity to serve in leadership roles within the ABA and participate in projects, such as authoring for ABA publications and presenting at seminars.
The Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is a leading national forum for lawyers, and currently has over 25,000 members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, and taxation.
