Katelyn Buckles, Associate Attorney, works in the Firm’s Real Estate and Community Association Practice Group. This Group provides turn-key representation, from interpreting and drafting condominium instruments and rules to assisting in disputes between associations and other parties, including those associated with one’s failure to pay condominium assessments. Before joining the Firm, Katelyn worked as a law clerk at D.C. Superior Court in the Probate and Tax Divisions for three different judges. Katelyn graduated cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2023. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Katelyn is originally from Colorado, and enjoys hiking and watching football.
