The firm has represented two Washington DC HOAs (where I am President) for several years. They are well organized, follow though on their assigned tasks, and, most importantly, give sound, practical, and reasonable business advice to aid the HOAs in selecting courses of action or decision-making. Their fees are clearly explained and fair and their efforts at collection delinquent HOA dues have been very successful.
