Lena Yee-Ross is a legal assistant at Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora PLLC, where she assists the Community Associations Practice Group, which represents dozens of community associations in Washington, DC. Ms. Yee-Ross assists the attorneys in the practice group preparing correspondence to clients, management companies, courts, law firms and various third parties, assists with litigation preparation and conducts research. She also assists the attorneys with information-gathering for a wide range of legal issues regarding condominium associations, homeowners associations and housing cooperatives.

Ms. Yee-Ross attended Howard University in Washington, DC, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree. She was an active part of campus life as she used her interest in politics to organize campaigns and help classmates run for student offices. During her time at Howard, she interned on Capitol Hill for Congressman Mike Thompson, who was her home district’s representative. She also studied abroad in Brazil, taking courses focused on social justice and inequality.
