Emma Eckert is an associate attorney at Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora PLLC. She represents community associations, businesses and individuals in corporate, real estate, employment and civil litigation matters.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Eckert served as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. McMaster, Administrative Judge of Family Court, in the Bucks County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. During law school, Ms. Eckert worked for the National Football League Players Association, where she assisted with the management and drafting of licensing, talent procurement and partnership agreements. She also worked – during law school – for the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s Government Relations Office, where she prepared legislative progress reports on a variety of legal issues affecting athlete-agent regulation, NIL and intercollegiate athletics.

In her free time, Ms. Eckert enjoys attending various sporting events, as she is an avid college football fan. She also enjoys attending musical theatre performances at The Kennedy Center, and trying new restaurants in and around our nation’s capital.
