Ms. Shuntich’s practice includes representation of individuals and companies in employment litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  She handles discrimination and retaliation cases as well as contractual disputes between employers and employees.  Ms. Shuntich also advises businesses on employee policy matters, drafts employee handbooks, and provides guidance to business clients regarding interpretation of state and federal employment laws. Her practice includes representation of corporate clients in general commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora, Ms. Shuntich practiced property and construction litigation and estate law at another firm. During law school, Ms. Shuntich interned with The Honorable Brian F. Holeman of the District of Columbia Superior Court and participated in the Civil Advocacy Clinic.
