ADH Client, Lynn Long, Files Suit Against the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) for Discrimination and a Hostile Work Environment Based on Race and Retaliation

Les Alderman filed suit on behalf of Lynn Long, a black employee at the AOC, who states that the agency passed him up for a promotion based on his race and fostered a hostile work environment. Alderman, who has represented numerous other clients against AOC, told the Washington Post that the Architect has a sordid history of discriminatory and retaliatory workplace practices against racial and ethnic minorities and the physically disabled.
