Steve Sushner
Steve Sushner, of counsel to the Firm and principal of District Title, practices real estate law, with an emphasis on single-family homes, multi-unit properties, and condominium purchases. Mr. Sushner handles contract and lease negotiation and drafting, D.C. specific tenant first of refusal matters, condominium risk assessments and acts as general counsel to local real estate brokerages. Mr. Sushner also has extensive experience drafting various real estate related legal documents, including loan documents, easements, options to purchase, powers of attorney, mortgages, deeds of trust, equity share agreements, condominium declarations, condominium bylaws, attornment agreements, commercial leases, letters of intent and commercial real estate.
Mr. Sushner is a lifelong D.C. metro area resident. He graduated from The University of Maryland with a B.A. in Government and Politics and College Park Scholars citation. He attended the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America where he earned a J.D.
