In conjunction with loan document preparation, Firm attorneys prepare assignments of rents and leases, collateral assignments, commitment letters, deeds of trust, estoppel certificates, loan guaranty documents, pledged asset agreements and UCC's.
Representation of developers frequently entails entity selection, acquisition assistance and construction financing representation. For residential end-use products, our Firm negotiates and drafts management agreements and condominium and cooperative conversions. Commercial end-use firms benefit from our ability to represent developers in negotiating and drafting lease agreements, management agreements and property tax appeals.
