Sundeep Hora is a Member of the Firm.  Mr. Hora's litigation practice involves representing corporate and individual clients in real estate, contract disputes, business torts and other commercial matters in arbitration and at the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Hora's employment practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination cases involving age, race, color, gender and disability discrimination. He represents federal and private sector employees, companies, and federal agencies before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the National Labor Relations Board, the Office of Human Rights, and before state and federal courts. Mr. Hora advises employers on litigation avoidance strategies and issues such as discharge of employees, separation packages, non-compete agreements, executive compensation and employment contracts.

Prior to becoming a member of Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora PLLC, Mr. Hora practiced litigation with Arnold & Porter, LLP where he worked on pharmaceutical product liability cases. Mr. Hora's pro bono work included representing clients in a landmark civil rights suit arising out of the government's discriminatory denial of USDA loan programs to African-American farmers.

Mr. Hora is a D.C. resident and is active in his community and local bar associations. He currently serves as a Complaint Examiner for the District of Columbia's Office of Police Complaints (formerly the Office of Citizen Complaint Review) and is a member of the steering committee of the Law Practice Management Section of the D.C. Bar.
