Sundeep Hora is a Member of the Firm. His litigation practice includes representing clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and before various administrative bodies. He also has extensive experience representing clients in commercial, real estate and securities arbitration matters.

Mr. Hora's employment and civil rights practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination cases involving age, race, color, gender and disability discrimination. He represents federal and private sector employees, companies, and federal agencies before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the National Labor Relations Board, the Office of Human Rights, and before state and federal courts. Mr. Hora advises employers on workplace strategies and various employment matters including discharge of employees, separation packages, non-compete agreements, executive compensation and employment contracts.

Prior to becoming a member of Alderman, Devorsetz & Hora, Mr. Hora practiced litigation with Arnold & Porter, LLP where he worked on pharmaceutical product liability cases, including class actions and mass torts. Mr. Hora's pro bono work included representing clients in a landmark civil rights suit arising out of the government's discriminatory denial of USDA loan programs to African-American farmers.

Mr. Hora is a D.C. resident and is active in his community and local bar associations. He currently serves as a Complaint Examiner for the District of Columbia's Office of Police Complaints (formerly the Office of Citizen Complaint Review) and is a member of the steering committee of the Law Practice Management Section of the D.C. Bar.
