Mr. Devorsetz, a co-founder of the Firm, represents individuals and organizations in employment, real estate and business matters. He forms businesses, assists organizations, including condominium associations, with their internal procedures, counsels organizational clients in litigation avoidance strategies and ensures that they are in compliance with laws that govern their operation. When disputes are not resolvable short of going to court, Mr. Devorsetz litigates business, real estate and employment matters before administrative tribunals and courts. Mr. Devorsetz is known for his ability to help clients overcome the bureaucratic hurdles inherent in day-to-day life and business operation.

Prior to forming the Firm, Mr. Devorsetz practiced employment, corporate, customs and firearms law at two Washington, DC law firms. He is a Washington, DC resident, member of the Board of Directors and former President of the D.C. Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and chairs the Election Board of the District of Columbia Bar.
